We are looking for someone to assist our customers about our products.
Customer Support responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust.
Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone,
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
- Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions
- Handle administration type cycles for sales personnel such as:
- ensuring that all customer-supplied labels, inserts, boxes, materials, and components are on track with the production schedule set by the planner. They will follow up with customers on sign-off sheets, label approvals, and guidelines.
- assist the Sales Team with looking into specialty packaging researching packaging options and ensuring that special packaging has been ordered
- help coordinate with lab on custom samples and sign-off sheets
- help to create PO's for production to be able to get started
- liaison with Planner on Production Schedule.
- assist with Sales on any administration cycles needed to keep sales on Interviews and not overwhelmed with administration
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
- Familiarity with AMAZON is a plus
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
- Understanding of how CRM systems work
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
