Experienced Remote IT Tech WFH

- Education in computer related subject is required
- Candidate with with English Fluency REQUIRED
- Able to work between 12am – 9am PHT (Manila time)
- Individual with heavy sense of responsibility only
- Team spirit is a MUST
- Organized individual only
- Willing to walk the extra mile to get things done correctly
- MUST have IT Helpdesk skill set
- Passionate in IT field
- Understand the concept "customer is always right"
- Must be punctual
- With great communication skill
- Self-motivated, able to work independently

Required technical knowledge with the following:
- Knowledge with TCP/IP network
- Microsoft server and other products
- Advanced troubleshooting logic, problem solving skills
- Router, wifi AP, switches, firewalls
- Remote virus removal skill

Preferred technical knowledge with the following:
- At least 5 years experience required to be considered
- Previous MSP work experience preferred
- Active Directory, MS O365, Email technology
