JOB OVERVIEW

JetWebinar is a fast-growing software company in the video conferencing space. We are currently looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our team and assist our Executives in their day-to-day activities. They will act as the first point of contact for inquiries, correspondence, and phone calls.


We are looking for an assistant who:

Can work from 8 am - 4 pm Central Time Monday to Friday (with flexibility in those hours as needed)
Has excellent communication skills and is comfortable with the English language
Experience in managing calendars and organizing meetings, taking minutes and notes, assigning tasks from those meetings, and following up on those tasks
Acting as the ‘gatekeeper’ to the CEO and other Executives, which includes sending emails and communicating with external clients accordingly on their behalf - as well as following up on those communications
Managing projects and coordinating tasks with task owners
Preparation of reports and interpretation of data, conducting research, and summarizing that information
Create presentations
Book travel as necessary
Self-learner who can quickly adapt to our fast-paced environment

Requirements

Over 5 years of demonstrated experience in a Virtual Assistant role
Has excellent English language skills
Excellent time management skills
Some graphic design experience is nice to have
Is proficient in Google Apps, Slack, Asana (and has the ability to quickly learn other tools)
Taking notes on calls and assigning tasks as necessary, as well as following up on those calls
