Marketing Manager

A creative and analytical high achiever with great marketing and customer retention skills is required to join a prominent UK games business. The applicant will join a thriving team of remote workers, creating and marketing exciting new products and services to a worldwide audience.

Reporting to the CEO, the successful applicant will be responsible for increasing the number of customers and the continued growth of the subscriber base.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

-Create and implement strategic plans on how to acquire targeted acquisition of customers online at an acceptable cost
-Create and implement strategic plans to reduce subscription churn
-Manage any tea ---------- mbers required to implement strategies within deadlines and budget
-Prepare and report to CEO on progress towards targets

Role Requirements:

-Have a minimum of 3+ years’ experience working as an online customer acquisition or marketing manager preferably in the ecommerce space.
-Be very target driven in both CPA and ROAS
-Have a passion for mystery detective games, board games and puzzle experiences
-Have excellent UK English language skills (both spoken and written).
-Be prepared to work during UK timezone (09:00 AM to 05:00 PM UK Time Monday to Friday).
-Be able to prioritise work effectively and re-prioritise quickly if other tasks take precedence.
-Have the ability to pick up new tasks, processes and technology quickly and efficiently.
-Have good timekeeping and be able to work to strict deadlines.

Technical Requirements:

-Have very good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the creation of PDF documents
-Have a fast and reliable internet connection.
-Have a reliable, fast computer with adequate security software installed and updated. A working webcam is essential for tea ---------- etings.
-Be able to use Slack, Trello, Zoo ---------- etings and Office 365.
