JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking for a call center manager to potentially hire a sales rep agent of his.

Technical Requirements:
• You will need to work during the business hours of the provinces/states you will call
• You will need to have the proper sales rep material: high quality phone, good note-taking tool, know how to use CRMs, call-recorder, etc.


Skills Requirements:


• Experience in sales (5 years) with proof of performance;

• Knowledge in CRM;

• 100% commission if possible;

• No accents allowed. Your english has to sound Canadian. TOEFL is a +;

• Know the Canadian/American cultures;

• Be a motivated, highly positive person (make jokes, make us smile);

• Be emotionally intelligent, listen to the customer, connect with him through emotions, then the sale will be makeable;

• Have Basic Programming, Marketing (SEO, Paid Ads, E-mail marketing, etc.) and Designing knowledge. That is due diligence, you have to know the product before beginning selling it.
