Technical VA

My name is Cindy.

We are in need of a Technical VA who works hard, is creative, and a team player.

At Simply Earth, we know people are wasting money on overpriced essential oils they don't know how to use. So we have created an Essential Oil Recipe box to help 1,000,000 people learn how to use essential oils with confidence and clarity so they enjoy a toxin-free life.

Qualifications:
-Strong online marketing skills
-People management experience

Key Characteristics

-Clear Communicator: Has good communication skills and fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
-Monitor all of our tools/applications/softwares if they are expiring, or need updating or canceled. This should be communicated with the owner or the person in-charge for a specific tool.
-Troubleshoot integrations when there are issues. (Example: If Convertkit, SwipePages, and Thinkific is connected to WordPress and working well.) This is just an example, we have varied tools according to our needs.
-Figure out and set up integrations if needed, especially for new tools with less or no supervision needed.
-Contact tools/applications/softwares support team if needed, to fix issues and or to set up.
-Communicate with our development team if there are integrations that need their assistance.
-Learn our website’s backend (customized for us), to be the point of contact when there are technical questions that can be handled by the Technical VA instead of the development team.

Qualifications
-Any computer related course or background (Bachelor’s degree, or Vocational)
-Preferably with good understanding of System Analysis and Design
-Highly technical
-With good understanding about APIs
-Knows how to use Zapier
