Customer Support Rep

We are a SaaS company - DropFunnels which is an all-in-on marketing platform.

Looking for a remote customer rep to handle our support desk via LiveAgent. Ideally someone that can work 10 am to 5 pm CST or so.

Must be proficient and have a good understanding of tech-related stuffs in
- Marketing funnels
- Wordpress
- Troubleshooting errors
- Good communication with customers to understand their issues
