Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a Video Editing & Influencer Marketing Specialist who has experience in content writing and is awesome like us. You will work full-time for 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, flexible hours between 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. You must have the following qualifications:

Strong visual storytelling skills
Creative and artistic skills.
Highly detailed and organized with strong time management skills
Vlogging and YouTube experience
Strong visual skills with the ability to recognize the company's style and brand.
Excellent video editing skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A plus but not required:
Influencer marketing
(This is not a big requirement as long willing to be trained.)


What would the tasks be?


- Responsible for reviewing audio and visual footage and using computer software to organize clips into a cohesive unit including splitting or combining video clips, adding appropriate sounds or graphics, and watching the finished product to -catch mistakes before submitting it for review.
- Review all the videos and create the best output by cutting and connecting various footage, adding sound effects and graphics, and fine-tuning to a completed video.
- Assembling raw footage and transferring or uploading it to a computer.
- Inputting sound to enhance footage, which may include selecting music and writing ---------- putting graphics to enhance footage.
- Digitally splicing film and video and synchronizing them into one rough cut file.
- Improving and correcting lighting, coloring, and faulty footage.
- Solid understanding of photo, video, and audio editing.
- Experience in sourcing music, sound effects, stock photos, and stock videos from various online libraries.
- Editing of all videos for the NL website and social media channels.
- Editing videos in proper and correct formats based on channels and use Editing and optimizing videos for Facebook, Instagram (IG TV/Reels), TikTok, YouTube, and web use.
- Design and animate motion graphics
- Execute final video including color correction, text, graphics, sound design/mixing, and exporting.
- Assist in content curation for email marketing, content marketing, and social media posts.
- Assist in creative development and graphic design as needed.
- Voiceover work for videos as needed.
