Software Tester/QA/Software Quality Assurance Analyst

We are looking for a software tester with the following qualifications:

- Minimum of 4 years of testing experience, with automation experience highly preferred
- Past experience with Agile development methodology, Scrum, and Continuous Integration strongly preferred
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management, communication, and defect tracking tools such Zephyr, LoadRunner, Silk, Selenium, JIRA, Mantis, Quality Center, and others
- Experience with sprint, integration, end-to-end and user acceptance testing in multiple cross-browser
- Proven success with developing automated test cases

Compensation and Benefits:
Monthly Salary: Based on experience
Monthly Health Plan Allowance: P1,700
Paid Time Off (PTO): 3 weeks
Standard Holidays: 12 days
Year End Bonus: Performance Based, up to 1 month’s salary
