We are looking for someone to setup and manage an email server for us
You will advice and suggest the best way forward
our current list includes but not limited to
-Setup server VPS
- Install Latest Mautic, Postal
- Install the Control panel for server and website (Webmin/Virtualmin).
- Automatic managed IP-Rotation- 5 IPs
- Configuring Postal
- SMTP login details
- Mail Server Validations - DKIM, DMARC, rDNS, SPF, MX...
- Define Bounce back emails
- Define FeedBack Loops and complaints handling
- MySQL + phpMyAdmin
- Configure Mail Box
- Cron jobs for automatic handling
- IP auto-warmup script schedules
- inbox warmup
- Install SSL certificate
- test till we hit 100% inbox deliverability
