JOB OVERVIEW

Hi -

I am looking for a Executive Assistant that can be my right-hand person and a very important person in my business ( ---------- ). You will start with 30 hours per week from 1pm-7pm Pacific Standard Time (Canada Hours) 5 days per week Monday through Friday. Within 60 days if you do a great job, you will get a raise. The objective is to move you to fulltime work within the next few months as we scale our residential cleaning business.

You must have very great attention to detail and make minimal mistakes. I need you to be someone who has great attention to detail and can think for themselves.

An initial preview of the responsibilities & tasks are as follows (there will be more, but this will give you a general sense of the roles & responsibilities):


1. Classy Clean (residential cleaning company)
-Customer Service:
• Answer calls from OpenPhone (604) ---------- • Scheduling availability—“can Brooklyn do next Friday”
• Respond to emails (I will set up a second email account which I also monitor—I will forward emails to you that I think you can handle)
-Hiring (anywhere in British Columbia):
• Interviewing cleaners and ensuring they meet all requirements (script + excel file)
• Maintain an excel in Dropbox with all these details on staff
-Advertising:
• Write original blog content for website.
• Cold outreach (phone, email, messages)
• Creating and posting content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
-Logistics (later)
• Offering jobs to ---------- nding them the details in Jobber.
• Organizing routes.
2. Personal:
• Anything they can do for me at my job as an economist at BCREA.
• Proof-reading, data entry, etc. This will come up on a case-by-case basis.
• Dinner reservations, doctor appointments, etc
3. Juanita’s (girlfriend) works as Marketing manager of Happy Paws.
• This may involve writing blogs, posting on Instagram, or whatever comes up.
• Proof-reading her writing.
