Triton Transit, Inc and its sister companies is seeking a service driven individual to administer human resources functions. This Human Resources professional will be reporting to the owner and will be responsible for managing human resources in a high volume, fast paced
DUTIES include, but are not limited to –
• Manage employment through the lifecycle, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, evaluation, and termination of new and existing employees
• Assist management in maintaining staffing levels to meet company needs
• Coordinate and ensure regulatory compliance of the HR program, including posting required notifications, generating applicable documentation, and maintenance of employee files
• Develop and maintain employee relations, including responding to employee inquiries and counseling employees on company policies and procedures
• Support the operations department with safety programs, employee training, and employee testing
• Support Management by utilizing various systems to administer employees, time, benefits, I-9, e-verify, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS include, but are not limited to –
• HR experience, preferably in the transportation and/or last-mile logistics fields
• Management of human resources and labor relations, to include meeting regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including those of Dept. of Transportation,
OSHA, and other state and local governing bodies
• Experience using JazzHr, SparkHire, Dropbox, Gsuite, Excel, ADP & QuickBooks Time for the administration of employee payroll
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
• Degree in human resource management or a comparable program preferred
This is a full-time position working during the day, Monday – Friday, and availability to respond to
