We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Executive Assistant who is well versed in the "language of real estate".
Scope of Work:
As an Executive Assistant, you’ll apply your professional skills in a wide range of tasks including:
Maintaining appointment schedules and calendar
Planning and scheduling meetings and conferences
Maximizing the Owner’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating phone calls on her behalf
Maintaining To-Do and Issue List
Making essential calls in the USA as required on a regular basis
Communicate messages with great accuracy and prioritize certain tasks and meetings
Coordinating with the team in understanding priorities of the week
Anticipate needs and follow up accordingly to make sure tasks are completed with excellence in mind
Drafting Meeting Minutes
Provides backup support to other administrative positions
Customary duties as Executive Assistant to the Owner of the company
Other executive admin responsibilities as needed
Your Skills and Experience:
Direct hands-on experience in a role related to executive assistance and administration
Ability to multitask and prioritize work as needed
Excellent time management skills
Knowledge of online tools and software such as Sharepoint, Outlook, Microsoft, etc.
Ability to learn new tools quickly
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Highly organized
A team player who is proactive, flexible, results-oriented, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment
Excellent skills needed to run Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and how to integrate calendars.
To qualify for this job candidate should be able to meet the following requirements:
Work full-time from 9 am - 6 pm EST
Have good internet connection working 99.99% of the time
Have a good computer or laptop
