Virtual Assistant Needed For Online Music Platform

My name is Brett Pontecorvo, and I run several small businesses. A YouTube Channel, a piano school, and some freelance marketing. My primary focus is on delivering an excellent and customized user ---------- piano lessons, I remember students' birthdays and ask about their week. On YouTube, I answer all of the comments. I hope to hire someone who values people in the same way that I do.

Group work is important to me, and while I am looking for someone who is able to complete the tasks described below, I also believe that all people have something important and valuable to ---------- is essential that an applicant for this VA position is very attentive to the details of a task, and is able to follow detailed instructions. We will be working together not only on completing tasks that make the business run, but also on creating clear SOPs that keep things running smoothly for the long term.


Some common tasks that my VA will be responsible for are:

- Creating Email Drafts for weekly Newsletters
- Creating and Editing YouTube descriptions
- Creating Timestamps for YouTube Videos
- Managing light scheduling using google calendar
- Scheduling meetings with clients using Google calendar

A good candidate for this job would:

- Speak fluent and excellent English
- Be familiar with YouTube Studio
- Have Strong Writing Skills
- Be Able To Create Simple Reports On Specific Information (Mainly collection of Links)
- Learn quickly from instructions and from instructional videos that are created for you.
- Be Comfortable Receiving Clear And Kind Feedback

This is a part-time position, and the time commitment will be 5 hours/week to start. Pay will be 6.50 USD/hour guaranteed, and if there are additional tasks that move you beyond 5 hours per week, pay will be adjusted to match the hours worked.
