Green Leaf Real Estate LLC is looking for a highly motivated Virtual Assistant that has a bubbly personality to join our company. We are in need of Virtual Assistants to take phone calls for real estate investors based in the US.? We are looking for someone to join our marketing team for the long term!

Position:?
Cold Caller?, SMS outreach and some Admin responsibilities.

Work Details:?
Hours: 9AM – 5PM EST. Some weekends may be required.
Rate/hour: $5/hour USD PLUS COMMISSION!!

Responsibilities:?
To connect with 350-400 potential clients a day
Generate 4-8 leads per day
Spend an average of 2.5 hours of talking time with potential clients a day? Identify individuals under financial distress with their real estate property?

Qualifications and Requirements:?
Fluent in English! Strong American accent preferred.
Ability to actively listen and to express that you care about the clients success and understanding the challenges they face.
Ability to establish a rapport with the potential client via telecommunications?
Ability to understand a potential clients needs and a desire to want to help them solve them.

System and Equipment Requirements:?
Windows Laptop/Desktop with at least 8 GB RAM and i3 processor/AMD A8 processor? Fast and stable internet connection?
Backup internet?
USB noise-canceling headset
