E-Commerce Operations

We are looking for a Amazon and E-commerce VA who can write and proofread English. The ideal candidate has to write captions, product descriptions, ---------- addition to doing many tasks and projects on various e-commerce channels.

Job Duties:
Managing orders from all e-commerce platforms for all brands (daily)
Inventory Planning & Sending In FBA Inventory (monthly)
Create SOPs of what you do; first create a video and speak while making the video, take screenshots, and create written SOP
Keyword research
Answering Buyer messages/customer service emails via templates (daily)
Reviewing Positive reviews and commenting if allowed
Resolve Negative Reviews issues by contacting customers via Amazon, and if not resolved, provide a full refund after 7 days of contacting the customer. (weekly)
Updating images and other product information
Review and enter everything being worked on Clickup (daily)
Contacting Amazon support and creating a case for any issues
Compiling data to prepare daily business reports
Monitor Facebook groups for the little hacks or answers to issues we are currently facing
Google analytics
Follow SOPs before completing any tasks
Amazon Posts scheduling weekly
