Job Posting - Administrative Assistant

We are a cutting edge, innovative, client centric, high producing real estate team in Boston, MA and are currently looking for a permanent, full time administrative assistant/agent.

This individual will be responsible for maintaining and managing the administrative duties in our real estate office, assisting and supporting the REALTORS, tea ---------- mbers and clients.

The candidate must be a motivated self-starter able to work with little to no ---------- anized, strong attention to detail with efficient follow-up skills. Must also possess a keen sense of customer service, ability to work within a team, multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in the Real Estate Industry in an administrative role
Minimum 2 year experience in an office administrative role
Excellent customer service
Passionate and motivated person
Ability to problem-solve, excellent attention to detail and highly organized
Professional standards with impeccable phone mannerisms


Qualifications:
• Self motivated, people person, organized, resourceful and a fast learner
• Forwarding thinking, proactive, dynamic and perform well under pressure
• Willing to work well alone & with a team
• Be open to a flexible work schedule and be willing to work evenings and weekends
• Have a some knowledge of technology
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
• Sales experience is required
Responsibilities:
• Primary duties include follow up with buyers and sellers, email/phone communication and overall
management of sales pipeline
• Communicate effectively with clients, teammates and peers
• Provide world class service to all clients and prospects
• Consult with clients in order to discover their property needs
• Schedule and attend on-site showings with clients and vendors
• Schedule and addend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors
• Promptly return all buyer and client telephone calls, texts, emails, questions and concerns
• Provide clients with pricing information and market evaluations
• Write contracts for clients and assist with their purchases
• Regularly attend tea ---------- etings
• Prepare comparative market evaluations to potential listing clients
• Manage your listings and touch base inquiries
• Provide updates and stats to seller clients
• Supervise and/or schedule property showings and open house events
• Draft and prepare documents, such as offers, contracts and closing documents
