JOB OVERVIEW

Candidate must be at least (22-40 yrs old)
Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree, Undergraduates are welcome with adequate experience in the position.
With atleast 1-5 years of working experience.
Relative experience in marketing and digital marketing is an advantage
Applicants must be willing to work in Las Pinas, Ortigas Pasig, Mandaluyong City
Preferably Assistant Manager/ Managers specializing in Marketing Business Development or equivalent.

A unique opportunity has arisen within the Advanced Computers for an Online Marketing
Assistant.
The successful candidate must be graduate-level, preferably with a business or marketing
degree. They must have a basic understanding of online/e-commerce – search, email marketing
and social media knowledge would be a great advantage, as well as views on social media
Attention to detail is key, as well as good time-management, and the ability to demonstrate
strong analytical and copywriting skills. You will need to be flexible with a hands-on approach,
showing good interpersonal skills, and a sense of fun. This role will provide a fantastic
opportunity to grow, learn and progress.

Good Excel and PowerPoint skills. Educated to graduate level. A passion for technology is
a must!

* Work under the direction of an Internet marketing specialist and alongside the Internet
marketing team in the development and implementation of Internet marketing campaigns (PPC, Organic, Social Media Marketing). * Implement and expand comprehensive keyword lists manually and/or in bid management tools * Research and implement reciprocal linking
campaigns * Landing page testing and tracking * Stay on the cutting edge of trends & techniques
in the Internet marketing industry

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working with internal marketing team and external suppliers to drive successful execution of
marketing plan
- Social Media - keeping the team aware of advancements/exploring social media opportunities,
monitoring of activity, question answering, content creation, trend analysing, issue resolving
- Budgets: practical management of budgets, fees and commissions (both spend and revenue)
- Web traffic and source analytics monitoring and reporting against key performance indicators
- Ongoing competitive reporting to include competitor on-site, advertising and email activity.
- Email Marketing Support - create all ad track links as needed for email analysis and sell thru
tracking.
- Set-up and track all offer codes used in-conjunction with emails and online offers. Ensure
accurate data to manage such offers and track for usage rates.
- Maintain a log of all marketing activity results (search, newsletters and online ad campaigns,
partner programs) including top line performance stats on each.
- Working with the company marketing team to improve natural search rankings Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of Internet and Search Engine use.
- Search engine marketing, organic marketing, PPC marketing, or training in marketing,
advertising or communications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ideal candidates will be very detailed-oriented, flexible, have strong organizational & creative
problem solving skills.
- Strong sense of self-motivation and ability to work in a fast paced team environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Strong English and writing skills

Online Marketing Assistant are required to combine their efforts with other areas such as
technical support, creative services, and sales in order to plan and execute marketing
campaigns. They are responsible for the use of marketing strategies on internet and mobile
devices. These professionals can manage a Twitter, Facebook or Instagram profile in the name of a company, publishing new content and news related to that business on a daily basis in order to obtain new clients.

Online Marketing jobs require a degree related to marketing, advertising, communications,
or English subjects. A Digital Diploma in Online Marketing is also a good choice for this
business. There are Pay Per Click courses offered by Google and MSN for applicants to
have a new advantage in their applications.
It is also recommended to have a BTEC HNC/HND in marketing or another subject related
to this industry. A postgraduate qualification in economics, math, statistics, marketing or
business increases chances to get a job in online marketing.
