1. List homes on Zillow as homes become vacant
2. Evaluate tenant’s maintenance concerns and understand how to handle (non-issue, send internal maintenance staff or external)
3. Lease renewals /pricing, responsible for sending and receiving renewal lease, or acquiring everyone's input on pricing for placing a home for rent
4. Perform maintenance calls – pricing, scheduling with 3rd party contractor and tenant
a. verifying work and updating that work is complete so payment can be made
b. calling for estimates for repairs needed
5. Answering the main line phone number – forwarding messages as needed or listing leads on Asana
6. Application processing as they come in; tenant cloud onboarding and updating info
7. Take Notes During Weekly Meeting

Short Term Rental
8. Airbnb co-host: messages during Monday – Friday (10 AM – 6 PM Eastern Time)
9. Cleaning schedule notification to cleaners, check-in with day before same-day turnover to confirm they are going

Administrative
10. General research

12. PowerPoint Creation
13. Hiring
- Posting on indeed
- Going through written assessment
- Interviewing 1st round
- Sending them case study / schedule on site visit for maintenance people
14. Conference calls on weekly calls and daily updates
15. Use Asana and Teams to communicate and update as needed
