Job Responsibilities:
- Creating strategies and processes that streamline our workflow
- Track, analyze, and report on performance across Shopify, Google Analytics, social media, and other marketing initiatives
- Support the execution of strategies to increase website traffic and conversion via organic drivers, influencer partnerships, site optimization, data analytics
- Support content marketing campaigns to build our online community -- writing blogs, email blasts, social media posts, influencer outreach
- Track and record the performance of digital marketing campaigns
- Sourcing suppliers, independent contractors when needed
- Managing multiple calendars across marketing, sales, product and admin
- Supporting with administrative tasks such as: replying to emails, taking/placing calls, follow-up

Key Skills:
- Highly organized, detail-oriented
- Not afraid to present new ideas
- Ability to think outside the box to achieve results
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent writer, copywriting experience a plus
- Analytical thinker with a thing for data & processes
- Creative problem solver, “every problem has a solution” mentality

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in a Marketing related role, ecommerce experience
- Advanced knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive)
- Understanding of data analytics tools such as Google Analytics is a plus
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM
- Copywriting experience is a plus
- Light design skills are a plus
- MUST have access to your own laptop/computer
