Dating website with a chat application

Hi,

I need a development of a dating website with a chat application in Java on Liferay.

Client side:

IceFaces or Struts, JSP,JS,CSS,JQuery and it's possible to insert a little bit of FLEX/flash(not necessary). Cross browser support(IE7,IE8,Firefox,Safari and Chrome) (no applets!)

Look and feel is almost done in HTML (graphics is ready), but it's possible to change the look and feel to fit the user experience better - Most of the design(html+css) is already prepared – I'll send it to you privately.

The L&F should support cross browser compatibility of FF,IE7,IE8,Chrome and Safari

Server side:
--------------
Chat(XMPP), Tomact(Liferay is running on tomcat), DB(JPA – mySQL)
If you require or use another Open Source or library please discuss it with me.

- The chat service will have a dedicated server(I'll host it when we finish).
- The chat should be implemented as a Liferay Portlet (supporting Liferay version 5.2.3 +) integrated with an XMPP server;
- I need the code to be well written and generic for changes.
- The chat service will have to support 1000's or even 10,000's of concurrent users.
- Source Control - SVN – I will have access to the code all the time(it will be on a shared place)
- For Build – ant.

If we do well, we can continue to develop it more with new projects.
Wire-frames, explanations, requirement and more will be explained upon application
