• Define & recommend the commercial strategy
• Recommend the commercial strategy to achieve our sales target on every product line
• Ensure the sales budget is supported by a robust Customer Development Plan for each strategic customer in which we want to grow faster
Manage the sales force
• Provide and control budget plan to be realized by each Account Manager or Sales Representative
• Define quarterly basis sales visit frequency & visit planning recommendation of each Sales Representative
• Ensure the right geographic coverage of market by Sales Team and correct use of our CRM
• Set up a quarterly basis sales force review
• Coach the Sales Team, say through specific joint visits
Manage the customer’s performance
• Analyze top customers monthly sales performance and take any corrective action if necessary
• Define the sales plan for each product launch
• Define stock management
• Organize the Sales Department
• Ensure sales routine calendar implemented with right contents to increase our sales efficiency
• Revise each year sales force sizing & sales area
