Full Time Web & Graphic Designer

Currently we are seeking a full time web and graphic designer to join our team working Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm PH time.

This role is primarily a graphic design role, but video editing skills would be desirable.

Types of work you will be doing

- Create website wireframes for landing pages, web sites and other online pages.
- Design website mock-ups in Adobe XD (or Photoshop) that reflect the wireframe.
- Website design for existing website templates.
- Create social media graphics
- Create print graphics (flyers, posters, postcards, ebooks) in Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign
- Logo design (sometimes), with associated style guide
- Videos for social (mostly simple animation)
- Editing of talking to camera videos with animated graphics
- Set up of graphics and video templates in Canva

Requirements
--------------------
- At least 3 years experience
- Attention to detail - if you're application does not match the requirements and is not submitted with the correct information in the method requested then your application will be ignored.
- Excellent English skills.
- Creative thinker, willing to take the initiative to get things done, will seek out answers and don't need someone looking over your shoulder giving you a step-by-step on how to do something.
- Adaptable and able to design to various client needs and style.
- Experience with Adobe graphics tools, including Adobe XD.
- A computer that is two years old or less.
- Your own Internet connection and some kind of backup internet.
- Have a headset or microphone and video camera (for teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings).

Desirable
--------------
- Experience with Adobe video tools.
- Desirable - Experience designing with Canva.
- Desirable - Experience with WordPress page builders, particularly Elementor.

Work Schedule
---------------------
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM (Philippine Time) with 30 minutes and 2x15 minute breaks.
Our time zone is 2 hours ahead of yours, so if you would like to start earlier, that would actually be preferred.

If that means offering a more templated approach at a lower price, then as long as it serves a business' requirements we will make this suggestion even when a more custom approach would be more financially beneficial to us.

This means the majority of the websites we are doing now are geared towards a semi-custom approach using a template base that is customised to the needs of the client, and we only do custom design and development if Upgrade to see actual info a templated approach we rely on our graphic designers to make them stand out.
