We are a house cleaning company in Seattle, WA and we are looking for a support staff who can handle inbound phone calls, chats, and perform various administrative tasks to help us (rescheduling clients, dealing with complaints, etc)
We have a training program including scripts, checklists, and guidelines regarding how to deal with support issues and interact with our awesome customers on the phone.
Job requirements:
Must be very detail-oriented.
Must be fluent in English
Ability to make phone calls and receive phone calls using your computer
Working Hours:
Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs from 8 AM to 10 AM PST (2-hours)
Friday and Saturday Full Shifts from 8 AM to 7 PM PST (11-hours)
