product researcher and lister for amazon/ebay

Good evening,
I want to start my amazon presence by listing the books that I have here at home. Then branch off into other products. I am soon to retire and will have time but have no idea how to list or research what products that will sell.
I live in Italy and I am sure there must be a need for somethings here especially with Christmas coming.
I can scan the books and send their info then would ask you to list them on amazon for Europe. I will then label them and send them off for shipping on FBA.
I am registered as a professional seller on amazon.it or anywhere in Europe and an individual seller on amazon.com.
2 months between getting registered and still trying to learn how to list them and do theresearch. Now am fed ---------- n you help?
