Job Description: Operations Coordinator

Get You Organised has been operating in Australia for 11 years. We offer domestic home services to clients in multiple regions. Services that we provide include housekeeping, professional organising, and other associated services. Our offshore administration team has many years experience working directly with our Australian staff. Our company is currently expanding and we require a new operations coordinator.
Job Summary

Our domestic services agency is currently in need of a skilled Recruiter to acquire new staff for our ever growing housekeeping department. We need highly specialized and talented recruitment professionals who can keep pace with current growth and create new opportunities for distribution. Our Recruiter must have extensive experience working with candidates of varying backgrounds, English skills, and job interest. The successful candidate will have a keen eye when reviewing resumes and conducting interviews. We rely on the recruitment of new workers to satisfy our clients, so if you are a very sharp, professional and proactive recruiter, we would like to speak with you about this opportunity.

Operations Coordinator Responsibilities and Duties

Hiring Core Responsibilities
Review and analyse incoming applications from potential staff
Scour job search websites for potential candidates
Review and post job advertisements by segment and channel
Liaise with incoming candidates and conduct interviews by phone
Conduct reference checking for potential candidates
Liaise with the account manager regarding potential training and job placement prospects

Administration Duties

Updating templated job content on Facebook stream
Obtain required ID documentation and other new-hire paperwork from candidates & upload to the system
Send training placement emails or sms to candidates
Managing the recruitment email inbox and other inboxes as directed.

General Duties Required

Reviewing all incoming candidates and actioning their application
Ensuring timely service delivery of interviews & training schedule
Be comfortable providing feedback to candidates
Ability to provide comprehensive feedback on candidate performance
Maintaining a respectful and professional demenour when dealing with both clients and staff.
Learning additional skills which may assist flex to another role in the brief absence of other staff.
Operations Coordinator Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years’ experience in a similar recruitment role
Proficient in online systems
Proven ability to work collaboratively with others
Excellent communication and time management skills
High speed internet (with back up)
Access to a silent working space
