JOB DESCRIPTIONS
•Managing a team of sales professionals
•Directly accountable for the delivery of the sales objectives for the group
•Should assess and review business approach, device and implement target located sales strategy and monitor sales performance
•Capability to adapt quickly to new trends and new markets
•Must be willing to undergo rigid trainings

QUALIFICATIONS
•Male or female of at least 25 to 40 years of age
•The ideal candidate should be a college graduate of fany 4-year course or at least 2nd year level
•Has excellent communication and inter-personal expertise, a good negotiator and a strong leader leading the sales team to achieve stretch targets
•With working experience particularly in Real Estate Industry/Selling for at least 3 years
•With at least 5 qualified salespersons ready to be on board ASAP
