REBORN, A digital creative agency located in Australia, currently have an exciting opportunity for a Web Developer to join our fun & creative team. We are looking for a hungry and ambitious developer to help coordinate, plan and implement our clients WordPress based websites.

We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of our vibrant, fast paced, and fun team and is happy to work part time from home.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated and innovative WordPress Developer to join our team on a contract basis.

You will manage all new WordPress development including theme and individual template development, plugin tweaks, new feature development and the maintenance of the current cluster of sites.

This is a flexible remote position.

You should have a solid background in delivering market-leading web, mobile and other digital solutions/application in Australia or related markets.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Is highly self-directed, following directions directly from design and delivering pixel-perfect finished results.
Core focus on delivering an effective digital user experience
Has expert knowledge of WordPress (Plugin / theme development / API / Configuration)
Can easily incorporate all necessary HTML and CSS into WordPress themes, and templates
Has strong PHP development skills.
Understands development for the best SEO outcomes.
Understands risks, security and compliance requirements for eCommerce and customer data.
Strong in custom theme development.

QUALIFICATIONS
Over 7 years of experience building complex, high-traffic websites with WordPress and custom PHP.
Expertise in creating and implementing custom themes and plugins.
Experience with planning, designing, testing, and building multimedia WordPress sites.
Strong CSS capabilities with attention to design details.
