- Response to Telephone, Chat and Email inquiries and complaints using standard script and procedures
- Prepare standard reports to track workload, response time and quality input

- Completed atleast 2Years in College (no back subjects)
- Good Communication Skills
- Basic Computer and Internet Navigation Skills
- Amenable to Shifting Schedule, Weekends off
