Remote IT/Tech Support Professional

Hi!

I am looking for a freelance remote IT/Tech Support Professional who is available on-demand Mon-Fri between 8AM to 5PM Central Time. You will be supporting a small office in Dallas with configuring and supporting laptops, PCs, network printers, troubleshooting issues with software and hardware, etc. English communication skills are also required as you will be supporting a team in the US.

Please note that it is extremely important that you will be able to respond quickly between the hours we require. Pay is $6 for every hour that there's support provided even if the issue took less than 1 hour to be ---------- the example scenario below, you'll get $30 for the day because you spent 5 hours working.

8-9 AM with work
9-10 with work
10-11 no work
11-12 PM no work
12-1 with work
1-2 with work
2-3 with work
3-4 no work
4-5 no work
