HR Manager for a 7 figure E-commerce business

For our company, we are looking for a Rockstar HR Specialist to join a fast-growing 7 figure Fashion company with a team that wants to continue to grow and expand all over Europe. Someone that has been around the block with managing people more than they can count. You thrive in building systems, optimizing, managing talented people and so much more. The position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skill, perseverance, and results-oriented problem-solving.

*Monthly Salary: Between $650-$850 depending on certain key metrics (+Future bonuses)

Who are you? Someone who is/has:
- Experience as HR Manager/Executive
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Experience with Spreadsheets
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Good oral and written communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- EXPERIENCE WITH SHOPIFY (Plus point)



What are your responsibilities?
- Helping with daily activities in Shopify
- Creating job outline documents, and leading the hiring process through a defined system
- Interviewing new job candidates + Brief and debrief candidates before and after interviews
- Hire qualified tea ---------- mbers into the correct seat
- Evaluating the existing team players, checking in on their productivity, and giving feedback
- Reporting weekly productivity of the team players through Spreadsheets
- Creating daily/weekly tasks for our team players
- Organizing weekly calls with the team
- Creating sheets for off-days, holidays, absences,...
- Managing payroll
- Having calls with the team players. You're their main point of communication.
- Negotiating with our supplier about quality, improvements, and prices.
