Wordpress Developer

We are a tech consulting firm looking for a talented WordPress Developer to help with Websites maintenance workload. Our ideal candidate should be able to fix and maintain WordPress websites using various technologies (PHP, CSS and Javascript). You will be mainly fixing WordPress plugins and theme issues.

Experience with the following is required to be considered for this position...

- Strong comprehension of PHP
- Building/maintaining custom WordPress themes
- Building/maintaining custom WordPress plugins
- Creating and implementing custom post types
- General knowledge of the WordPress ecosystem and coding standards
- Strong comprehension of JavaScript
- Some experience writing MySQL queries
- Writing plugin extensions via the use of actions/filters is a plus
- Some prior experience with Bootstrap is a plus
- Some of our projects are a combination of custom code and page builder plugins
