Head Recruiter - Quezon City Office

Head Recruiter needed in Quezon City Office to design, develop, and maintain the recruitment process.
The Head Recruiter will be working in our recruitment partner Philippine-based office in Quezon City and preferably somebody with experience in recruiting technical positions like mechanics, welder fabricators, fitters based in Quezon City.

Just Automotive Recruitment specializes in providing recruitment services to the Heavy Vehicle, Automotive and Plant industries across Australia. Reporting to the Managing Director, the Head Recruiter will be responsible for the recruitment process, design, and implementation.

The Role
• Improve and maintain the recruitment process in the organization.
• Define job description and document specifications
• Researching updated sourcing techniques.
• Sending job offers to potential candidates.
• Posting advertisements on job sites and social media.
• Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
• Conduct confidential interviews
• Present shortlisted candidates
• Present detailed candidate profile summaries
• Build long-term client relationships
• Research and develop recruiting leads
• Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy

The person
• Preferably with mechanical background
• Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
• Experience in screening and evaluating candidates
• Good knowledge of candidate’s selection methods
• Years of experience with candidate sourcing methods
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
