Responsibilities

• Proactively identify new business opportunities for the company and deliver innovative solutions to customers
• Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects
• Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts to help the company expand
• Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability
• Assist in creating sales material for sales preparation and success
• Handle customer inquiries and issues
