U.S. Based Furniture E-commerce is Seeking a Remote Sales Associate

Growing U.S. furniture e-commerce company is seeking a remote full time sales associate.

Our focus is to give our team the tools to work and think independently. With that independence, we expect a high performing individual to exceed all goals and expectations as well as elevate the other tea ---------- mbers.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Follow up with sales leads from multiple channels.
• Help customers find the best products that fit their needs.
• Increase market share for the company in the furniture e-commerce market.
• Have a deep understanding of furniture and mattresses to educate customers on the different benefits and features that our products offer.

Requirements:

• 2 years of sales experience or customer service.
• Computer Literacy: Proficient in web navigation, email & social media.
• Presentation: Friendly, outgoing attitude with the ability to gain rapport with prospective clients.
• Strong verbal communication: Clear English-speaking voice.
• Excellent written communication: Spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
• Positive attitude.
• Experience in the furniture industry a plus
• High School Diploma minimum.
• Ability to maintain a professional & courteous demeanor at all times.
• Strong internet connection.
• Able to work within the hours of 8 AM to 9 PM US CST
• Able to work weekends.
• Must be committed to a full-time job with no additional project going past 10 hours a week.
• Self-starter, with the ability to work well with others using tact and diplomacy.
• Quick and accurate typing skills.
• Ability to effectively multitask many responsibilities and projects.
• Strong attention to detail.
