Virtual Assistant with Social Media, Fashion and Marketing Experience

Hello! I own a small women's brick-n-mortar/online boutique and I am seeking a part-time virtual assistant to assist me with weekly tasks. You must be able to handle multiple tasks at once and think quickly. You must be self-motivated and have a great personality. You must speak and write English fluently.

The following will be required from you on a weekly basis:

-You must have a love of fashion and be knowledgeable in the terminology

-Add new inventory to our online store

-Research

-Manage sold inventory on online store

-Data entry

-Phone etiquette

-Email marketing using MailChimp. Will be creating 1 to 2 email marketing campaigns per week

-Brainstorm marketing ideas such as freemiums, content for social media, giveaways, sales/promotions etc.

-Social media marketing including Instagram, Periscope, Facebook, Pinterest, and Twitter

-Edit pictures with Adobe Photoshop

-Design social media campaigns

-Upload pictures of new inventory to website

-Must have a great understanding and love of fashion. Must be able to write content for each piece of clothing for online store

-Must have knowledge of SEO

-Must know how to create Facebook ads that convert

-Must be able to help create an Editorial/Content Calendar

-Write and edit creative content for fashion/lifestyle blog and online women's boutique.

-Must speak and understand English fluently.

-Post at least one to three blog posts per week. Topics will include fashion and lifestyle

-Must have computer and internet
