Video editor with YouTube Experiance

I’m looking for an experienced video editor to grow with my youtube channel.

I currently have 2 Filipino editors and looking to add more to the team. 1 of my editors have been with me over 1 year and the other 6 months.

They are super happy :)

Job Role.
I want the editor to be able to understand youtube, hook points, algorithm ---------- ’s important to me that you are always learning and wanting to make your videos the best you possibly can.

I’m looking for someone that can really excel in this position and work with me for the long term.

You will be editing multiple videos a week, long form and YT shorts.
