Accounts Specialist

Position Summary

The Accounts Specialist will be responsible to correct, process and reconcile a wide variety of accounting documents such as invoices, departmental billings, employee reimbursements, and cash receipts; review and code financial information; prepare and process documents to disburse funds, make deposits and prepare reports; compile and review information for accuracy, and maintain records. Applying knowledge of accounting terminology, using spreadsheets and/or automated accounting systems perform work.

We are looking for an Accounts Specialist to provide the following major responsibilities,

Manages revenue cycle
Billing/invoicing, collection, and accounts reconciliation
Maintains accounts payable
Collects accounts receivable
Manages client accounts
**Minimum Qualifications **

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum five years of related experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work individually and also function as a part of a team
Ability to handle ambiguous situations
Positive, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and high energy
Interest in continually increasing knowledge and professional growth
Expert in Google Workplace Apps
