System Analyst

Implements computer system requirements by defining and analyzing system problems; designing and testing standards and ---------- fines application problem by conferring with client; evaluating procedures and processes of applications
Develops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.
Validates results by testing programs.
Ensures operation by training Office and Field personnel and providing support.
Provides reference by writing training materials for the required platform.
Must be knowledgeable in CRMs, Softphones, Project Management Software and Training Platform
Must have strong command of the English language
