Marketing Specialist, VA & Lead Generation

We are currently looking for a new hire for our company.

Sales Magnet Agency.

We are a Digital Marketing Agency that delivers multiple services tailored for each client.

We are looking for somebody with experience in advertising, copywriting, lead gen, email marketing, account management

Job Duties:

1. Lead Generation:
*Most of the lead generation will be up to the person
*The main software that you will be using, we will provide you with, will also have lead generation capabilities.
*(There is a lot that can be done with this and tutorials/courses will be given to them.)

2. Marketing (email, social media & more)
*Strategize and build funnels & Campaigns
*Create & start automated email campaigns that can generate leads in larger quantities.

3. Creating Meetings & appointments
*Once contacted, create an appointment, ideally a video meeting, to get the customer in touch with the salespeople

We are looking for quite a specific role.
With the following qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — and strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
• Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
• Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
• Proven experience designing a customer journey for websites
• Excellent copyrighting skills
• extensive experience in marketing and digital advertising
• Excellent English communication skills
• Social media management skills
• VA experience
• Has working knowledge in Zappier, Google Suite, Drive, Asana, etc
• Computer savvy and technical
• Able to meet 24-hour deadlines and changes at a ---------- nt’s notice.
• Can delegate, monitor, and review tasks in a team
• Have Creativity And a keen eye for details
• Basic Graphic Design experience is welcomed (even if it Canva)
• FULLY CAPABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY, AUTONOMOUSLY & WITHOUT CONSTANT INSTRUCTIONS

Basic Requirements:

• Must have a Strong Internet Connection
• Noise canceling headset
• Web camera for meetings
• Designated workspace at home
