Research assistant

Hi,

I'm looking for someone to conduct some research for me into the UK cities. The succesful candidate will create a report that outlines the major government and private investment properts recently announced (2014-2015 onwards), and any major annoucnements of development projects in the United Kingdom.

This includes any regeneration projects, and any forced reposssesions of large areas of land.

The report should include the specificy geographical location of the project, the development type, the budget/ allocated budgets, who is involved in the development e.g local government, national government or private companies (names of the companies and sums to be invested by each), the date of announcement, start date (actual or proposed) as well as the expected benefits to the local area, the people, jobs, transport links and anything else (e.g. anticipated time to completion). The report should provide all of the above for every single development project.

It should also include the number of jobs to be created, the number of homes to be created, the total number of business offices/ shops (if available, or alternatively squre footage of each).

This is a one time opportunity, with the possibility of future work depending on the final product.
