Web developer/web designer

I'm looking for web designers and web developers that know how to create a web site both front and back end. You must know data-basing, cms (content management system), web 2.0, logo design, flash, css, php, mysqul, business card design, xml, html, java, adobe (photo shop, illustrator, indesign, dreamweaver, and more). When submitting a resume please submit a mock up (www.rtabs.com), design #1 is if you were to design this from scratch and design #2 if you were to update the site using the same backgrounds and images but just change it a little, I need see the mock up of what you would change.
