Hi,

I'm James. I'm the Head of Operations at Sea N' Rent - a vacation rental company based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
We are looking for a dedicated team mate with critical thinking that can work under minimal supervision.

This job involves both technical and personable abilities as well as critical thinking and customer service as well as the ability to speak and write fluent English.

The position involves the ability to use several types of industry-specific software throughout your shift.

As well as this you will need a strong ability to nurture leads and close sales.

Other aspects of the job involve customer service and technical tasks that will be geared towards quality control and understanding online programs to achieve results in the vacation rental industry.

There will be 2 weeks paid training to guide you into the position but experience and a high level of English proficiency is necessary.

Please note this is a long-term position, we're looking for a minimum commitment of 1 year.

- Applicants that has experience in working for a Vacation rental Property management industry is a plus.
- NIGHT SHIFT WORK INVOLVED - Between the hours of 20:00 to 06:00 PHT
- If you are not very happy doing the NIGHT SHIFT, please do not apply.
- If you are looking for a fixed weekends rest day, please do not apply.
- Benefits offered after 3 months and 7% incremental wage increases
- Full-time position of 40 hours a week (Not yet inclusive of break), 5 - 6 days per week
- A good quality webcam is essential

13th month pay, 12 days vacation leaves and holiday pays are provided.
