QUALIFICATIONS:

?? A graduate of any 4-year course
?? Must have at least 1 year experience in Recruitment from a Manpower Agency or Recruitment Firm
?? With experience in support and executive level hiring up to VP
?? Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
?? Average communication skills
?? A team player and can work with minimum supervision
?? Amenable for a work from home set up with stable internet connection
????Flextime work schedule, Monday to Friday

Compensation Package:
???? Maximum of Php28,000 plus incentives

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source candidates by referring to our company job boards requirement
• Create job postings that are professional and attention-grabbing to attract the right candidates
• Screen candidates by conducting phone interview, reviewing resumes
• Ensure all candidate endorsed has a good resume, complete details needed and as per client’s preference
• Organizing all communications with the candidate from application until they get onboard
• Set personal endorsement goals
• Meet and exceed the required target of uploaded resumes per month
