Searching for a General Virtual Assistant for Blogkeeping/Bookkeeping/Social Media/Marketing Tasks

I'm looking for my first VA to assist me with blog jobs, guest blogging, blog graphics, social media presence, content spinning, LeadPages, 1ShoppingCart, and WordPress.
