Ecommerce Admin Assistant - Full Time - 40 Hours Per Week

We have a role available with us for a motivated Customer Service / Site Administrator. You will be joining our already established Filipino team.

This role will see you manage important aspects of our business and will include but not be limited to:

Assisting our Customers with various questions about the products we sell both online and over the phone
Managing warranty claims for the appliances we sell
Ensuring that our pricing on ---------- is in line with the specials being offered by our supplier.
Working with our marketing team to ensure that we communicate these specials with weekly emails to our customer base.
Making updates to our site via the software provided.

You must be able to begin work at 9am Sydney time. Currently this is 6am PST.

Experience we are looking for:

Minimum 1 Years experience as a VA
Working knowledge of Shopify backend
Stable living environment we need someone for the long term.
Perfect English spoken and written.
