JOB OVERVIEW

We're moving into high-ticket coaching as a sole key offering at my business The Content Hacker ( ---------- ).

We're building a ROCKSTAR sales and marketing team. Right now, we're looking for a talented technical VA that can work with me to set up high-converting ads in Facebook, Google PPC, and YouTube ads, generate leads and help me implement all of my email marketing correctly.

Pay can be negotiated; initially at $400/month, paid every other week; or php 20058.00/month.

We are looking for EXPERT technical VAs that have a REAL history and experience of working with consultants/coaches and enjoy a work environment that is non-sleazy, zero slimey funnels. My marketing and presence is built on genuine care for my client. My goal is to hire a VA that can help me exponentially grow my reach and audience.

100% work from home. We are looking for someone that can review what we're selling/the pathway/everything and jump RIGHT IN and work with us.

This can easily be a year OR MORE long engagement; we prefer daylight CST hours, but that can be set on your own time, anywhere from 7 am CST to 8 pm CST. Create your OWN HOURS; we don't care how long or little you work, as long as goals are being met.

You'll work directly with content marketing extraordinaire Julia McCoy on all your work, and a small, tight-knit team. Our workplace tolerates ZERO babysitting. You come in, get treated as a smart individual, and we expect you get shiz done. We are the same way. You don't have to tolerate childish behavior from us. We expect great things, and we perform at that level, too.

Pay is fixed (above) and made every two weeks, consistently, via PayPal, on our payroll. You get set up in our system, with a thorough, detailed orientation; and communication is only between our management team and you! Seamless, simple communication.
