We Are Looking for an Experienced and Driven Loan Assistant

We are looking for an experienced, reliable and driven Loan Assistant who can speak English very well and has an A+ lending experience of any kind.

Other than that, this Loan Assistant must know how to:
- Assist clients including but not limited to making follow ups on documentation requirements and answering their inquiries in the most timely manner.
- Coordinating with Real Estate Broker/Loan Officer/Agents as needed
- Conducts PreQualification screening on clients
- Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems
- Managing clients database and preparing reports
- Performing other duties as need rises
