Vitual Assistant - Flexible Hours

I am looking for a full-time virtual assistant. Pay 250 USD per month for full-time work, 35-hours per week. Guaranteed work for at least 6 months. Hours are very flexible. Must work a minimum of 15 minutes per day but must work a total of 35 hours per week. Must not have a second job. I plan to develop this person and keep them on indefinitely for 5+ years. Increase in pay after 1 year.

I am focused on moving quickly and efficiently. I am looking for someone who learns quickly with minimal direction. They must be motivated to take a lot of action, have initiative and continually work to improve themselves.

To start, most of what you will be doing is watching a video-learning tutorial and then you will be solving problems using the information that you watched or learned.

Some of the tasks you will be doing:

Primary Skills:
General administrative assistance
Basic customer support including email management
Basic graphic/video design - Primarily Canva / VideoScribe
Market research
Social media management
Tasks related to managing a blog/website and personal brand
Basic copywriting / web content writing


Requirements:
Ability to coordinate with US east coast time zone (ET)
Great telephone mannerisms (clear, articulate)
High proficiency in spoken and written English (UK English is preferred, US English is acceptable)
Must use Google Chrome web browser.
Social Media and LinkedIn Marketing
Takes pride in their work: pays attention to details and delivers quality assured work
Must be able to coordinate digital projects
Must have experience using Google Drive
Must be able to understand English in audio and written form
Must have good written English - good writing and grammar skills
Must have stable internet and good computer to handle multitasking
Accepted applicants will undergo training

Prefer:
Experienced with Social Media Management is preferred but not required. Apply with the color "purple" first in your title and tell me if you have a second or third monitor.
