Cold Caller for Single Family Real Estate Absentee Owners

I am seeking an experienced absentee owner list cold caller to help us reach lakefront properties in Austin, Texas.

The hours will be 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm CST (Central Standard Time) US time for Monday – Friday. This is 20 – 25 hours per week (part-time). I anticipate this job duration to be approximately 90 days.

Availability: ASAP. I have an initial list of absentee owners to start calling now. We will not be doing text messaging for this campaign, just voice phone calls.

This will require you to have your own dialer and be able to reach ~500 contacts. This is not a cash offer, destressed seller list but rather an absentee owner of a Short Term Rental properties on a lake. This would be someone who may be ready to sell their vacation home and looking to move on. We would start by offering similar to the tax assessed value and see if they'd want to discuss further. Once you have validated the lead you can hand the warm lead off to me and I will go meet them in person.
